Our trained Dementia Resource Consultants offer free support to anyone affected by Alzheimer’s or related dementias—no diagnosis or referral needed.
We provide:

Emotional support for individuals and caregivers
Connect with us by phone, email, video, or in-person—at our office, in the community, or at your home.
How to Connect

Call or email us; our intake team will attempt to connect within 24-48 business hours, depending on volume-you will need to leave a message, but we will call you back!
Please remember we are not a crisis response program- if you are having a medical emergency, please call 911 or go to your closest ER or Urgent Care Centre.

If you or someone you know has recently been diagnosed with dementia or is worried about their memory, we encourage you to reach out. We can guide you through available resources, programs, and support services.
